The Course
The track is 374.944 meters long and runs around the football pitch in Tipshallen, as well as through the sprint hall. Participants will be able to set up their own nutrition tables along the track, inside the sprint hall, and by the short sides of the football pitch.
The running direction will change approximately every 5 to 6 hours.
Timing and Finish
You will stop exactly where you are on the track when the final signal sounds. Official timing is recorded at the marathon mark, 100 km, and 100 miles, as well as at 6 and 12 hours. Timing is tracked via a chip attached around your ankle. Every completed lap will be shown on a TV screen, and runners can also be followed live on our website.
Categories
There are men's and women's categories for each distance.
Food and Refreshments
Liquids and light food/snacks will be available 24/7. Hot food will be served approximately every 6 hours.
Prizes and Award Ceremonies
Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each distance. Medals for all finishers. The award ceremonies will take place half an hour after each respective finish.
Race Bibs and Timing Chips
Bibs and chips can be picked up starting from 5:00 AM on Friday and from 9:00 AM on Saturday, up until half an hour before the start.
Nummerlappen ska bäras synligt under hela loppet. Chip ska fästs runt fotleden.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in close proximity to the track, along both long sides of the hall.
Number of Spots
- 100 km – 35 spots
- 12-hour – 35 spots
- 24-hour – 110 spots
- 6-hour – 20 spots per race
Temperature
The indoor temperature is a constant 15°C (59°F) around the clock (it feels chilly if you're sitting still). Please note: The temperature used to be 17°C, meaning it is two degrees cooler as of 2023, which we hope will benefit the runners.
Rest Area
Feel free to bring a soft mattress/sleeping pad to any suitable spot in the hall, and/or a table/chair to place in designated areas. A small number of tables and chairs are available to borrow.
Tipshallen
Access to the establishment opens at 5:00 AM on Friday and 9:00 AM on Saturday.
Please respect that entering the hall with dirty or wet shoes is strictly forbidden!
Training matches for football teams may take place on the center field, though there will be no public spectator matches. Please keep in mind that it can get crowded when teams are moving to and from the pitch.
A limited number of lockers are available to lock away valuables.
NOTE: Crew and supporters are not allowed on the race track itself.
Changing Rooms
Showers and changing facilities are located in the dressing rooms behind Värendsvallen.
Getting to Tipshallen
From the train station (Växjö Station), the easiest way to get to Tipshallen is by bus number 3 (towards Samarkand). It departs every 20 minutes from Platform T at Växjö Station. Get off after 5 minutes at the "Arenastaden Södra" stop. From there, it's a 3-4 minute walk to the main entrance of Tipshallen, passing the construction area between Vida Arena and Spiris Arena.

If you are arriving by car, parking is available at both Owe Jonssons väg (behind Spiris Arena) and at Hejaregatan (next to Telekonsult Arena).
